WHO DO YOU WORK WITH?
Due to our specialization in visual brand identity development, many of our clients are rising entrepreneurs and small business owners looking to further develop their visual brand and make it look more professional. BGard Graphics is flexible and can work with small, mid and large companies. We work with individuals and companies who understand the importance and required investment into their branding and marketing materials and collateral.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments via PayPal. Card payments are always accepted, but a 3% processing fee will is added to all invoices $500 or more. We also accept checks or money orders but your project will not be started until money order has been received or check has been cleared. We prefer our clients to make payment via PayPal for your convenience and faster turnaround.
I AM READY TO GET STARTED, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO NOW?
We are excited that you’ve made the decision to take your brand to the next level! Contact us via email concerning your project needs. Some projects may require you to fill out a project questionnaire. After this questionnaire has been filled out fully and in its entirety, we will send you a quote for services requested. If you choose to move forward, we will then sign a Graphic Design Services Agreement which will include an outline of projected timeline, schedule your project and continue with the design process found on our About Page.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF THE CLIENT DURING THE DESIGN PROCESS?
We work to thoroughly discuss each project and the process with our clients from the beginning to completion. All clients are encouraged to email any samples, color schemes, and ideas they may have when requesting a quote or prior to their scheduled consultation. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain phases. Client can always request an update on the status of their project at anytime. We have a deadlines that must be met in order to ensure all of our clients receive the attention they need. We expect all of our client to communicate thoroughly and promptly concerning any design matters. Your communication always assists in accuracy in the designs that you desire and ultimately help in ensuring that we are designing creative solutions and not just deliverables. WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
The standard turnaround time for marketing collateral projects is typically 7 – 10 business days. If you’re requesting services for multiple projects at once, that will extend the turnaround time and will be determined based on your specific project needs. Complete branding and logo projects can take up to 2-8 weeks to complete depending on services requested. Each branding project is different. Projects are assigned timelines at the the time of booking and are strictly enforced to ensure all of our clients get the attention that is needed and deserved in order to thoroughly complete projects by their estimated deadlines. If the client impedes the graphic design process, we will put the project on hold and give the client an opportunity to provide us with what is needed to continue the design process. If after the hold period, we still have not received what is needed, we reserve the right to cancel your project and the client forfeits the deposit made and can possibly be billed for any hours spent on the project beyond what is covered by the deposit. If the client chooses to continue with the project after the project has been put on hold and the hold period has ended, a $50 start up fee will be required prior to rescheduling the project. We do offer rush and same day service for an extra fee which is determined on a project to project bases. If we are unable to complete your project request in the client’s desired turnaround/rush time, the project will be rejected. We only take on projects that we feel we can complete in a timely manner that will allow us to design ONLY best quality graphic design solutions. HOW WILL I RECEIVE AND SIGN MY AGREEMENT?
We currently send and receive all agreements and documents that require a signature via hellosign.com. It will be delivered directly to your email and is an easy to use service that is legally binding. You will receive your copy of the signed document immediately after signing of both parties has been completed.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGN PROJECT ONCE IT IS FINISHED?
The finished design project will be delivered only after final payment has been received and cleared. The final files will be sent electronically via email, dropbox, or Google Drive.
WHAT TYPES OF FILES WILL I RECEIVE AT THE END OF MY PROJECT?
Finalized logos are provided in both vector and raster format – JPG, PNG, TIFF, EPS. Marketing collateral pieces are delivered as JPG, PNG files and sometimes PDF depending on specific projects. Clients are provided a list of the fonts used in their logo design projects; however, due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to provide the actual font files. The client is responsible for the purchase of the font and licensing. We currently do not offer the source files for our marketing collateral projects unless otherwise discussed or agreed upon in written and signed agreement. An additional fee will apply for all source files and will be determined on a project to project bases.
DO YOU PROVIDE PRINTING SERVICES?
We do not provide printing services directly; however, we work with reputable third-party printers to provide high-quality printing services. We can facilitate the printing your projects for an additional fee or we can recommend a printing service provider. BGard Graphics will not be held responsible for delay in printing. We recommend that you allow enough time for design and printing.
